Minimalist presentation templates that let the content lead
A minimal template earns its keep when the slide has one idea and nothing competing with it. These designs use one accent colour, generous margins and either light display type or a strict grid. They're forgiving when slides carry dense content, because nothing decorative needs to be moved out of the way.

How to choose
Black and white, one accent: Clarity
Free. One oxblood rule, light display type and hairlines. The safest choice when you don't know who will receive the deck.
A visible grid: Swiss
International Typographic Style, huge headlines and one red. Strong for design-literate audiences and research talks.
Warm minimal: Atelier or Sandstone
Oat, sandstone and espresso with serif or light type. Calm enough for leadership notes and strategy memos.
Minimal with a punch: Tangerine
Bright white, black type and one loud orange for numbered cards. Minimal, but built for a startup pitch.
Questions
Usually yes. With no decoration to work around, charts and tables get the whole slide. Swiss and Clarity both carry charts in their single accent colour, so the data you highlight is the data people read.
