Terms of service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Arcdeck. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Arcdeck.
Your account
You need an account to create presentations. Keep access to it secure, and tell us at hello@arcdeck.ai if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You own what you put into Arcdeck and the presentations it makes for you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to provide the service to you, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy. Only upload material you have the right to use.
AI-generated content
Arcdeck uses AI to draft and write presentations. AI can make mistakes: check facts, figures and claims before you present or share a deck, especially where accuracy matters. You decide what to use and are responsible for how you use it.
Free trial and Premium
- The free trial includes 2 presentations, each with its full storyline and the first 3 slides written in full. What it includes may change.
- Premium is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; Premium continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed after that.
- Premium includes a fair-use allowance on the most capable AI model; past it, decks are written with another model.
Acceptable use
Don't use Arcdeck to break the law, infringe others' rights, create content that is fraudulent, hateful or harassing, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep Arcdeck available and your content safe, but the service is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of presentations that matter. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Arcdeck isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending your use
You can stop using Arcdeck and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms, and will tell you when we can.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell you about significant changes. Questions: hello@arcdeck.ai.
